Nizami Ganjavi - greatest representative of Azerbaijan’s literature, was wonderfully rare person, who created a new path in the origins of literary thought. His literary gems, with their unique poetic innovations and humanist themes, have influenced the World's literature. Nizami deserves the title of the Greatest of all Time.

The year 2021, was announced as the “Year of Nizami Ganjavi” in Azerbaijan, and led to creation of new opportunities for learning, investigating and advocating Nizami’s heritage. As part of the "Year of Nizami Ganjavi", the international scientific conference on the topic of "The Great Azerbaijani Poet Nizami Ganjavi and Eastern-Western Literary-Cultural Heritage" helps to learn, analyse and investigate Nizami Ganjavi's life and creative activities in all directions. It creates a chance to profoundly comprehend his human addresses in order to establish justice, peace and humanism in the world

Depending on the condition of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic the conference will be held in traditional (live), hybrid or online form (we will announce it closer to conference time).

Requirements:

• Program committee will be only considering abstracts that correspond to the topics of conference, requirements and the rules of preparation;
• All information must be submitted through the online submission system in English.

Abstract guidelines:

Abstract must be prepared in English əvəzinə Abstract must be prepared in Azerbaijani, Turkish, Russian and English languages.

The name of abstract must be short (not more than 12 words).

Name of abstract: Bold, with capital letters, 14-point, Calibri.

Full name of the author: Bold, 12-point, Calibri.

Names of the organization, city and country: Regular, italic, 12-point, Calibri.

E-mail: Regular, italic, 12-point, Calibri.

Abstracts must be no more than500 words.

Paper format: A4; File format: *doc, *docx; 12-point Calibri, single spaced.

Margins: top-2.7 cm, bottom-2.0 cm, left-2.0 cm, right-2.5 cm.

Number of the referenced literature is indicated in the text (for example, [2])

References must be given at the end of the text (for example, Abdullayeva M. What did Nizami write about? // Materials of scientific-theoretical conference on the topic of «H. Aliyev and Azerbaijani Philology», Baku, 22 may, 2019, p.37-43)

SUBMISSION FORM

As a host organization, Baku State University, recognizes the safety importance of our employees and of all conference participants. Therefor bellow listed guidelines are applied to minimize the risk of COVID-19 spread.

• In case if you have COVID-19 infection, emerging symptoms, you were in touch with COVID-19 infected, have travelled outside of Republic of Azerbaijan in the last 14 days, or feeling unhealthy, you are NOT allowed to attend this conference.
• We kindly ask you to arrive 20 minutes earlier for session for pre-screening.
• You are required to follow COVID-19 guidelines in the conference rooms and on the premises.
• You will be asked to use hand sanitizer and to pass temperature measurement control before entering the facility.
• Follow social distance rules with other conference participants.
• Maintain the distance while greeting, avoid handshake.
• It is important that medical masks to be worn on the premises. You are encouraged to bring your own mask, or you will be provided with one.
• If you need to cough or sneeze, do so into the inside of your elbow, cover your mouth and nose with tissues, directed away from others.
• Do not bring unnecessary items, food and drinks into the building in order to avoid possible cross of contamination.
